What's Covered
All new subscriptions to 365 Things are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
Eligibility
First-time subscribers: Our guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase only
Initial purchase only: The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment. Subsequent renewal payments are not covered by the money-back guarantee
All subscription plans: Whether you purchase a monthly, annual, or lifetime subscription, the 30-day guarantee applies to your initial order
Gift subscriptions: If you purchase 365 Things as a gift, the 30-day guarantee begins from the date of your purchase, not when the recipient activates their subscription
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day guarantee period:

Include your details: Provide your email address and order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
Optional feedback: While not required, we appreciate knowing what didn't work for you so we can improve
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return to account: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Subscription Renewals
Subscription Terms
365 Things subscriptions run for one year from your purchase date and do not automatically renew. Your subscription will end at the completion of the one-year term unless you choose to purchase another year.
End of Subscription
Approximately 30 days before your subscription ends, we will send you a reminder email letting you know your access is ending soon, with an option to renew if you'd like to continue receiving daily insights.
Once your one-year subscription ends:
Daily emails will stop
You will no longer be charged
No action is required from you to cancel
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
You can cancel your 365 Things subscription at any time:
Log into your account at 365things.com
Go to Account Settings > Subscription
Click "Cancel Subscription"
Or contact us at [email protected], and we'll cancel your subscription for you.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive daily emails until that date.
Annual subscriptions: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your annual term. You will continue to receive daily emails until that date.
No partial refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual subscriptions. You will retain access for the full period you've already paid for.
After Cancellation
Once your subscription ends:
You will stop receiving daily emails
You will lose access to your account and any saved journal entries
Your personal information will be deleted from our active database within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy for details)
Gift Subscriptions
Refund Policy for Gift Purchases
If you purchase 365 Things as a gift:
The 30-day money-back guarantee begins on the date you purchase the gift, not when the recipient activates it
Refund requests must come from the original purchaser
If the recipient has already activated and started using the subscription, refunds are issued at our discretion
Gift Recipient Cancellations
If a gift recipient wishes to stop receiving emails, they can unsubscribe at any time. However, this does not entitle the purchaser to a refund unless within the original 30-day guarantee period.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Renewal payments (except within the 14-day grace period for accidental renewals)
Subscriptions purchased through third parties: If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other third-party platform, their refund policies apply. Please contact them directly for refund requests.
Used gift cards or promotional credits: Any promotional credits or gift cards applied to your account are non-refundable
Special Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In rare cases where circumstances beyond your control prevent you from using our service (e.g., serious illness, family emergency), please contact us at [email protected]. While we cannot guarantee a refund outside our standard policy, we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Processing Fees
Please note that payment processing fees charged by Stripe (our payment processor) are non-refundable and are deducted from your refund amount when applicable. Typically, these fees are minimal (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and quickly.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and may prevent you from purchasing from 365 Things in the future.
Regional Considerations
European Union and UK Customers
Under EU and UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of subscribing (the "cooling-off period") for any reason and receive a full refund. This right is in addition to our 30-day money-back guarantee.
